Sacred (Gold) is on Steam for 6 quid. Gets you the original, plus the expansion.

After 2 hours of killing/looting/exploring I'd only covered 0.43% of the overworld map.

Game is HUGE. Get it. It's very good.

Been playing the original recently, and enjoyed it so much I picked up the Gold edition off eBay last evening for $6 US. ;) It's a pretty decent Diablo II-styled romp.

For the sequel I hope they tone down the monster spawning; still, killing goblins is like popping bubble wrap.

I'm really looking forward to seeing how well this turns out on the consoles. I really enjoyed the first one on PC a few years back, but since I don't have a decent gaming PC anymore (and would prefer my 40" TV over my 22" monitor anyway), I'll be getting the PS3 version.

Pretty excited about this one...the world sounds huge...a single player mmorpg for those of us so anti-social that even virtual friendships are impossible to maintain...Hoorah!
