Look, that's the Fender peripheral for Rock Band. If you get in close you can see the five normal frets for regular play, and the five closer to the pick-up for special sections.

OK it's a lovely peripheral, but seriously if you're going to be that intense about it, why not go out and learn to play a real guitar. I imagine you could pick one up for less than this will cost.
