Beatles game to have unreleased tracks
So says George's son.
George Harrison's son has revealed that Rock Band: The Beatles will feature previously unheard material.
As reported last week, the game is due to launch on 9th September in Europe and the US. Speaking to Billboard, Dhani Harrison said it will feature "stuff that has never been heard, never been released".
And Harrison should know - the whole thing was his idea in the first place. "I took the project to Apple and sort of convinced everybody to have a presentation," he said.
"My job description is... Being enthusiastic. We've been working on it for the past two years. This is the first one that is going to be totally, historically accurate. It's been a real headache, but it's been the most enjoyable work I've done in my life."

Anyway. Excuse me if I find it hard to believe that there are unreleased tracks from the Beatles. And to top it, that they decided to release them with a videogame.

Bring it on I say. A mix of classics and some unreleased tracks would be perfect. Plus the Beatles chaff is probably everyone else's number one single

I'm not really a Beatles fan either way, but I recognise the huge value of having unreleased tracks in the game.
