Next gen' Onimusha, puh-leez. Or a next gen' Monster Hunter...MH Tri doesn't count.

Onimusha would be awesome (if it isn't like 3, which was just weird with that Jean Reno dude and too linear gameplay), 2 was awesome.

Strider, new Ghouls and Ghosts on consoles would also be great. Demons Crest 2.

5 million? Makes me worry how they will approach the reboot reboot with 6. As a fan I want a back to roots "one for the old fans" RE but from a business sense it would be silly for Capcom not to continue on the sad arcade route it's gone with 4/5.

Hope it's not DMC, boring series. More Dino Crisis would be nice though, thankfully I never touched 3!

5 million is well deserved imo. Great game. Even the Versus mode was fantastic fun imo.

Nobody seems to have played Oni 4, it was completely in 3d with a free camera system, spanned over two discs.
I got bored half way through it.

The worst in the series, imho.

I played Oni 4. It was better than I thought it would be, but still couldn't bring myself to finish it. But yeah, a new one would be nice. And if DMC5 does come about, please make it less awful than 4. 1 was brilliant, 2 was awful, 3 was really good, and 4 was just bad.

Ugh, 5 millions sales?! I hope they were serious about re-booting the series again for Resi 6, because I thought Resi 5 was bloody awful, saved by an enjoyable co-op mode.

As for the mystery game, a PS360 Monster Hunter or Dino Crisis would be great, thanks. Whatever it is, I hope it's not a Wii exclusive (or is this the mysterious alleged PS3 exclusive?!).

@evilfoxhound

Where did you get those from? They must be false; it's not possible that the PS3 version sold more than the X360 version

woow,the ps3 version sold more!!! anyway i hope its a great next gen onimusha.i loved the series upto 3,and its been long since ive played onimusha.i just hope they find a way of bringing back sanosuke,i loved one coz of him. dmc needs a rest,let them bring it close to end of next year. if you're reading this capcom,please bring onimusha,and set it way in the past of japan with only one main character,a blast of a story and a villain ill love to hate....

oh sorry i forgot,and make it totaly hardcore. i dont want a wuss of an onimusha game.i want to sweat blood to pass every area in the game,not a game that my 5 yr old nephew can play. dont contaminate onimusha with mainstream BS.
