Two days after Christmas.

Codemasters has revealed that its first Nintendo DS sports game is due out next Friday, 27th December.

Rafa Nadal Tennis, developed by Spanish team Virtual Toys, offers stylus-based control as well as more traditional d-pad based alternatives.

The full game also boasts a big Career mode, with 20 tournaments and the usual run of performance attributes to upgrade as you go.

Stylus based control for a tennis game! Jeez, just give up already. The DS is great and has some genuinely intuitive software due to stylus input. But this just sounds horrible.

At least a regular control method is included also, but then it begs the question of what the point is in the first place.

Dizzy: RAFAEL Nadal is a Spanish tennis player. And since you asked, Rafa Benitez is the glorious, wonderful manager of the mighty Liverpool FC, who are going to beat Arsenal in the cup, postponement or not.

SuperGamerMatt: It says a lot about our rank early season form that I still don't actually know which team you support. If Arsenal, you mean November, if Everton, you mean September. In any case, we're ahead of you now.
