I really quite fancy getting this for old time's sake, but it's a shame they didn't go to the effort of sorting out some of the problems the old games suffered from - still getting slowdown and load screens on a vastly superior machine some 12 years later???????? That sucks.
Also, the price is a bit steep. I've only seen it available for £35-40 on the high street, and it's not much cheaper online. £20-25 would've been fairer. I might wait for this to hit the bargain bins and concentrate on the new stuff.

Why no mention of the extra games? Ristar etc.
Sonic Jam is better because: It allows you to save your Sonic 1+2 game. You can play Sonic&Knuckles locked on to Sonic 2+3 straight away without having to unlock them. It has a cool 3D mini game/menu Decent sized D-Pad SMC is better because The extra games 60htz option |

Thankyou! i'm relieved that someone actually loves that game. Better than tetris in everyway i reckon, and yes, i owned the original gameboy and played it death all those years ago. |

Releasing a handful of old games youve played to death with a full price tag on is downright scandelous.
Bollocks. Sonic Mega Collection is 7 games for the same price as the rubbish Sonic Advance! How can that be anything but a bargain? And playing console games on a PC monitor just feels wrong. |
