Nice review. Not one I'll be picking up for myself, but I guess it deserves to do well with the kiddies.

Positive reviews from Edge and Eurogamer...has the EA corporate worm turned into a gamer?

I think the Xbox version of this game will be sitting underneath the Christmas tree this year for one of my daughters - any word on multiplayer modes? I'd hope for at least two player, although fourplayer would be great...

I feel outraged. A 7? A frikkin 7? Bah. Sorry but I have to say it. I HAVE TO SAY IT. IS THIS AS GOOD AS HALO?? Erm ^^;

Anyhow, amazingly, and being a big anti-potter person (for more than 1 reason, which I won't elaborate), this game caught my eye. Maybe when I find it in some 2nd hand bin, or at a very cheap price...

"Have you played this game?"

"Yes! To Christ and back!"

Then what score would you give it?

Sooo... any hints as to when we'll be seeing a 1080° Avalanche review? (I assume Nintendo has issued you with a copy by now; Jeux-France have already published their review...)

But why "World Cup" if they only include the Hogwats teams? Everyone who has read the books know that there are plenty of other teams, including a pro league that is hinted at.

Ah well I guess they had to limit somewhere. But it is somewhat like making a baseball game where you can only play the four best-known teams.

You get to play as loads of international teams too, not just the Hogwarts teams.

The Hogwarts teams are only in the training section of the game. After that you get to choose from one of the professional international sides and play in a real world cup tournament.

I bought this on the day it came out and think it's excellent. As AOFanboi said, it would've been nice to play as Quidditch club teams, such as the Chudley Cannons - maybe if a Club Edition comes out.
