Oooh, another early one.

7 out of 10 sounds pretty good. Must be those old classic games.

Loving those early comments that smack of "I'm first!" without actually saying it... ;)

("Must be those old classic games" - what does that meeeeeean??! lol)

I loved Dr Mario, and I never played IS's game, but this whole Full Price thing really annoys me. Remember last year when the NES Classic games were all but full price? This should be £19.99 at the absolute outside, I reckon.

I'd love this but it's £24.99 even on play. TOO MUCH!

I'd recommend Wario Ware over this since it includes Dr Mario.

Puzzle leage = Tetris Attack on the SNES; has a cult following on the emulation scene when played online. You get some awesome players who can start a combo then keep it going for what seems like forever.

Dr. Mario is one of my favourite games, so I might pick this up sooner or later. Then again, I'll rather just wait until the Revolution comes and get the original.

Big thanks to disc who reminded me that Wario Ware has Dr. Wario in it - money saved!

Tetris Attack/Whatever they are calling it now is possibly one of the most awesome puzzle games ever.

Spent way too much time playing it on the SNES/Gamecube iteration against opponents whose speed would make Korean players cry and run home. Once you get the point where you are literally swapping every second, it becomes one of the most fast paced competitive puzzle games i've ever played.

But goddamn why call it Puzzle League? It was Pokémon Puzzle League on the N64 and I always assumed that name just came from the fact they were doing a Pokémon tie in and so used "Puzzle" so people wouldn't complain it wasn't an RPG and "League" because it was well... Pokémon.

When they could have done such an easy port of the amazing graphics of the SNES version, the blandness of the screenshot there makes me cry.

Dr Wario is intended as a "pirate knock off copy" of Dr Mario. So there are slight differences. If I remember properly, the scoring system doesn't take comboing into account (quickly taking out multiple similar coloured virii), there's no choice of music and the jar is 3 line shorter (16 in classic Dr Mario, 13 in Dr Wario).

So, the Wario Ware version isn't quite proper, but is great for trivia =]

lol can't believe GAME etc are charging up to £29.99 for this, sheer robbery.

I picked up a copy in Japan a couple of months ago, it cost 2000 yen which is just under £10!

Don't let Dr. Mario touch your crotch. He's not a real doctor!

Panel de Pon is a great game but this price..wow, it came out at $20 in Japan as a budget release (part of the 20 years of Mario thingy) and they're wanting double that here. Insanity.
