Ah. Been looking for something to stuff in the DS's GBA slot - this could do the job.

Just goes to prove that the company famous for Pokemon saturation *still* has some creative minds working there! Always nice to try out a fresh 2D IP :o)

Does the (rumble) cartridge stick out of the bottom of the GBA / Non-lite DS slot?

Yes it does - by about a centimetre or so, though its nowhere neer as bulky as the Wario Ware twisted cart. I think IGN has some pictures of the cart if you really need to see it.

I bought the US version of this game (hooray for region-free handhealds and indie games shops) and really enjoyed it. Excellent and inventive platforming all the way, and it never gets too taxing or frustrating (yea its easy but its still fun).
My only complaint would be that, after you pick up the 3rd gear, the music changes to the same very jolly OTT tune each time - which you can get a tad sick of.

Still an excellent GBA game though.

Excellent game, the music is very Pokemon-ish though, not to mention I'm pretty damn sure they took one of the sound effects straight out of on of the Pokemon games :P
It's by no means a bad thing, it's just what it reminds me of :P

You've got to give Game Freak some credit for this. First they've actually been bothered to make a new game for the GB and secondly it's a very different design.

Although yes some people would say it looks like Mr. Driller by the sounds of it they've really put some work into it. Lets just hope it sells well.

Anyway just a questions for the owners: Does it have any multiplayer modes?
