*sob* Another 4 years of harping on about 1966 and what could have been then.... oh great. :_( I wish we could have just won the damn thing so we could start living in the present again!

Ah well...

At least there is the prospect of the USA getting whipped later on to cheer me up... ;-)

Nah Germany should win, probably by a single goal, however Portugal and Mexico should have won as well. We shall see, it's not a game I'm all that bothered about the result but considering just how many upsets there's been there's always room for more...

Hey, I want to be safe on the streets when Germany wins the World Cup - I fear war when we beat Turkey. And I'll be afraid to enter my favourite Kebab-restaurant. Incredibly nice guys, but I couldn't bear their accusing eyes...

Gosh, under my window there is a pack of drunken morons crying "Deutschland - Finale" - makes me wish we don't win (er, I didn't say that).
