PSP 3.70 firmware released News

PSP News by Tom Bramwell

11 September, 2007

PlayStation Portable firmware has been updated to version 3.70 in Japan, with US and European updates sure to follow soon.

Version 3.70 which works on the new PSP Slim & Lite as well as the old one, although some features are specific to one or other model.

New features include the ability to set custom themes, while videos can now be searched through and played sequentially. You can also listen to music while browsing photos now.

For more information, you can glance down the changelog page on Sony's Japanese site, or check through PSP Updates' assessment.

If you must have these things through the official source, keep an eye on the UK and US update sites or do a system update from the PSP menus.

Didn't you say you were leaving the other day, miiiguel, after your trolling in another comments thread was deleted? I was so happy. And yet here you are. :(

The Remote Play "key mapping" feature is said to make Lair fully playable (something doesn't right in this sentence ;) ).

He probably sold his eg account and the one who posted above is not the original miiiguel.

How dare you cast aspersions on My-Gels good name, character and honest intentions?

The fact that he has stolen wifi access in his under-the-bridge abode and is the chairman of the Billy Goats Gruff Benevolent fund should be proof in of itself of his evolved state of consciousness and his genuine wish to unite gamers everywhere.

It pains me that you would attempt to mis-represent him under the dark shade of the term "hater" when anyone with a heart can see that the poor child is retarded and suffers terribly from uncontrollable tourrette-like fits when in the vacinity of a keyboard.

That he's learnt to type with penis(his hands are busy smothering himself in his own faeces) is a credit to him and he should be commended for his contribution to this site.

Would it be that much trouble to add support for WPA2?

I suppose so... :(

Talk about HOLDING BACK FEATURES.

Slideshow while playing music and sequential video playback should have been there in 2005.

This is why I'm losing faith in Sony. I'm not impressed with this foot dragging and drip-feeding.

You'll lose loyalty (see: £$€¥) if you piss us about.

Learn from Sega.

It would be useful if you could listen to music and browse the web at the same time - but nooooo.... maybe v4.0?
