I'll check out the Tiger Woods PGA Tour 09 demo (even though I have no intention of buying the game this year) but even though I knew it wasn't coming, it's still disappointing to find out that Bionic Commando Rearmed really isn't on the European PS Store this week! Will it be there next week... God only knows... the Euro PS Store doesn't even have 1942 yet and that came out in the US and on the Xbox 360 something like a month ago. SCEE must be translating it into every known European language considering how long it's taking.
I've asked this before but why is it that Microsoft can release the majority of XBLA games and demos in the US and Europe at the same time but SCEE can't? :? |

@Darren: because SCEE uses all of Europe as a leverage to get publishers to translate into all the Sony supported languages. Microsoft do not. The advantage of the policy is that the PS3 is selling much better than the Xbox360 in large parts of Europe, the disadvantage is that some demo's and games comes out later on the European PSN store.

I'm glad they're putting more PS1 titles on there, but what I'd really love would be a HD version of Soul Reaver - brilliant level design and a great story (shame the fighting was a bit bland).
Still, not the worst update by any means. EG, cheers for the updates on these things. Could you keep on updating about SingStar too please? |

I should probably be more interested in what's been added, but I'm not really.
Monster Madness GD demo: played that already. It's like MM BfS, but damagingly easier, and controls how it ought to have originally. The minigames could stretch things out, and are entertaining, but ultimately, it's not what it was. Which, yes, I'm disappointed about. Facebreaker - R2R Round 3. Meh. Tiger Woods Golf - isn't goofy golf, so no dice. Driver: I'll stick with the memories of that, and certainly not at the cost of £3.49 to potentially cave them. Sheep: What? I know it as a budget PC title made by Team 17, who haven't been enthusiastic about the thought of working on Alien Breed again. |

Yeah, I loved Driver when it came out but don't want my fond memories shattered. However, I'm still tempted for the 'mini-games' and the editable replays. What was Sheep?

Sheep is, logically enough, a game about hearding sheep...... around various obsticle courses littered with hazards that threaten to inflict comical violence on your flock.
It looks a bit rough really, and has that anime-inspired-but-done-by-Europeans look that some will find rather odd, but it has its own charm and isnt too bad a game. Possibly worth hunting down some old reviews of the PS1 version to get a better idea. I think it had a rather mixed reception. I'll not be going for it though. I already own a PS1 copy..... I think. \has bought so may cheap-ass PS1 games its getting hard to keep track. |
