Nintendo are retarded. For not making a 3D, online Pokémon game. Even if it's crap, it will sell millions. But please don't make it crap.

If they made a 3D Pokemon game for Wii (a proper one), and a 3D one on DS at the same time (even a remake of Silver/Gold), and make sure they link up, and you've got a licence to print Pokemoney. Heck, save time by reusing models from other games, borrow the Dragon Warriors Monsters: Joker engine, do whatever.

Mystery Dungeon is a very nice game actually (although it's the only Pokemon game I ever played so have no idea how it compares to others from the series).

I haven't bought a Pokemon game since the original on the gameboy. Diamond and Pearl are supposed to be nice but I never got around buying them.

A MMORPG like Pokemon on the Wii would indeed print money like nothing else. Thing is that Nintendo have to get it right. Good online functions (even if limited to anonymous fights against others, like the stadium games), ability to link with a DS title and use of WiiConnect 24, like seasonal events (as seen in World of Warcraft).

It will sell shitloads and I would be one of the first to get it as well. I have no doubts that we will see something like this, I'm just not sure if we will see it on the Wii or a later console.
