I've not actually played it but this is Valve we're talking about it, so I'm sure the feel of kb/m will be fantastic, just like other Source games.

nope the m/k works as you expect. tried it with a controller and gave up with frustration.

I think it's a little gimped, actually, movement is a bit too slow and guns are a bit too inaccurate. Not enough to put anyone off though.
Haven't tried pad.

edit: really, really looking forward to split-screening this.

edit 2: actually, I was wrong, you can get headshots easily. The giant crosshairs put me off.

KB/mouse works fine for me. As accurate and precise as any other source game. It's not been made easy mode.

Indeed it's tough but the weapons are pretty precise when crouched (not shotties, obviously). Trying to run and gun will get you pounced on and killed. Playing over the weekend you could tell within a few seconds the people who didn't get that, started the first map, down the stairs ramboing through the infected and then they get swarmed or pounced on or strangled or... :)

It's a fantastic demo, can't wait for the full game!
