No motion control for Banjo Kazooie 3

Rare man dismisses rumours.

Rare told Eurogamer there is no truth to rumours there will be motion control functionality in Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts.

"While we are usually loathe to comment on rumour and speculation," the spokesperson said, "This is a red herring. The game does not feature motion control."

"It's good enough as it is, to be honest," he added.

The Internet got all excited after a video appeared on IGN. In it, Microsoft's Ken Lobb mentioned Kazooie's wrench is used for turning devices, adding, "You twist the controller around and it'll move different things in the game."

Turns out he was talking about twisting the left analog stick, not the whole controller. Ah.

Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts is out this Christmas.
