Return to Castle Wolfenstein is, for me, the best single player FPS experience ever. I really look forward to this.

ET:QW is supposed to be out in June, I take it that's no longer the case?

No hurry since 360 (and PC) will have some killer FPS games end-of-the-year. RtcW can be next XMas please.

What does "later this year" mean? June or December?

RtCW single player the best FPS experience ever?

0_o I love the game to bits and still play the mp on occasion but that's madness. :-)

I love the settings and also the varieties of the settings. Plus it's a real good mix of shooting/stealth action. The athmosphere of the whole thing is incredible. No idea why it captured me that much but for the game does everything right.

I loved RtCW too, right up until the final boss which surely ranks as one of the biggest gaming anti-climaxes ever.

RtCW was wonderful, right up to the point it went all mad sci-fi, and I got bored and gave up. Dull, dull.

The WW2 levels were wonderful. And yes I know, we are all bored of WW2 games, but RtCW was the best. Although CoD 2 wasn't bad.

All imho of course.

Argueably the high tech stuff in the second half was the less enjoyable part of RtCW.

Half-Life never grabbed me, I just found it soo boring. Seemed like nothing happened at all besides one or two enemies once in a while. Preferred Unreal; Also seemed like nothing was happening with few enemies but the world suited my taste a lot more.

The multiplayer was easily the best experience I had on the old Xbox, barring seeing the second level of Halo for the first time. The D-day level was pure class, and it's still the only online multiplayer game I was any good at.

Sold it in a moment of madness though :(
