Tubby plumber in bed with EA.

The GameCube version of Electronic Arts' SSX On Tour may be getting visitors in the shape of Mario, Luigi and Princess Peach, after sources apparently saw the game featuring the Nintendo characters.

The images illustrated the Mushroom Kingdom denizens riding snowboards in SSXOT, allegedly taken from a television screen demonstrating the game at last week's Games Convention show at Leipzig.

EA has yet to provide us with a comment on the matter, although given the Nintendo trio were present in the GameCube version of NBA Street V3 more recently, it wouldn’t be too much of a shock. Expect more as we hear it.

Is this REALLY gonna convince people who own more than one console to buy the Cube version? Didn't convince anyone for NBA Street Vol 3 IIRC.
