The Rock always seems to have his head screwed on the right way though. He's very open about the "entertainment" nature of his wrestling and film careers and seems quite comfortable with jokes at his expense. I saw him on a Jonathan Ross show about a year ago and it was a really good interview.
And of course he has to say good things about his work, thats natural and to be expected from anyone involved with a film. |

Very true - and let's also remember that the guy earns more money then most of us can ever dream of.....yes, he's made a few crap films but wouldn't we all if we had that kind of cash offered. From the few interviews I have seen with him he actually seems like a reasonably intelligent guy who doesn't hold any illusions about what he does.....ie he makes throwaway films, gets paid a ton of cash and get loads of chicks (ahem). Still gonna be a shite film though.................. |
