Midway Mysts up PSP

Worse than fingerprints.

Midway's announced plans to bring Cyan Worlds' epic/static PC adventure series Myst to the PSP in a new, as-yet undated instalment.

Simply called Myst for now, the PSP game plonks you on a mysterious island that you then head off to explore, tackling a range of puzzles and mazes in traditional Myst fashion.

Apparently before long the "sizzling underlying drama" betrays the fact that you're somehow aiding people trapped in a parallel dimension with every move you make - and so things get a bit more interesting.

As we say, Midway hasn't said when it's planning to publish Myst, or released any shots, but a safe bet is later this year.

Hey LucasArts, give us a favor and instead of making a bazillion of star wars games why don't you just do a simple convertion and deliver Day Of The Tentacle, Full Throttle, Monkey Island, The Dig and stull like that for both DS & PSP.

Oh god, just the thought of day of the tentacle on the DS *shivers*.
Do that and the Discworld point-annd-click game for the DS, pllllleeeeeeeaaaaaaassssssseeeeeeee!?
Nearing the end of Phoenix Wright for the DS and would love to see more of these kinds of titles. Sure, not the most action-packed, but soo good. I think I saw some where you hold the the sideways - looked suave.
