Dungeon Siege movie trailer
See what Uwe Boll's been up to.
A new trailer has been released for In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale, Uwe Boll's latest attempt at bringing a videogame to the big screen.
It features some sweeping shots of mountains, some scary monsters on horseback, some scary monsters crawling out of the mud and lots of people arguing about who is the rightful king - and makes it clear that In the Name of the King no way inspired by the Lord of the Rings films, oh no. There is also shot of Jason Statham punching a horse though so that bit might be quite good. Also: Burt Reynolds. [Who looks like he's really trying. - Ed]
You can watch the trailer over at Fantasticfilmsinternational.com. The first part of In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege movie will be released in the US on 3rd November 2006, with part two following on December 1st.

Exec:...don't hesitate, if you have any other ideas. I'd be very interested
Uwe: Got them here, got them here! [Uwe reaches down and picks up a blue file.]
Uwe: Right, OK. House of the Dead, Mario Bros, Streetfighter, Alone in the Dark, Mortal Kombat. What does that say to you about videogame movies?
Exec: They're shit?
Uwe : That's one way of looking at it, another is give me some more cash despite the fact that I am clearly insane.
Exec: ok.
Expect a Monkey Tennis film sometime soon.

I'm sure I read somewhere that he setup his own distribution company to handle the Dungeon Siege release.

(And yeah, Burt Reynolds *does* look like he's trying, bless.)

So, did someone ask Ray Liotta if he'd change his hair style for the film to something more suitable and he refused?

What trailer did you watch? It must have been another film with ninjas, kung-fu farmers and horrible acting.
