Kunoichi renamed

Shades of Shinobi.

Kunoichi, the spiritual successor to the rather dire PS2 Shinobi title, will not be called Kunoichi. Those looking to follow in Hotsuma's footsteps as a mystical female ninja on Japanese government pay will want to look out for Nightshade - as it will be known in the US, and presumably Europe. Although Sega wouldn't confirm the name change for Europe this morning, they did send out seven new screenshots.

    Kunoichi... WOW!

    That reminds me of the old SNES classic, Ninja Warriors Again. Damn, she was hot for a cyborg... I so want a proper Ninja Warriors sequal/update in 3D...

    If you can remember that as well, come and join the clan of old gaming farts who probably need to move on...

    Maybe, but it doesn't stop me wondering...

    I thought Kunoichi was the better of the three characters. Not too slow, not too fast, and when you knew how to pull off the midair kick, your feet barely touched the ground!

    I think I still have the cart somewhere.
