Resi Evil 5 trailer pulled

Best... not seen at all!

A new trailer for Capcom's Resident Evil 5 is now available for download.

It's just a taster, really - a minute's worth of spooky shadows, scary birds and, well, we won't spoil it for you - but well worth a look.

As we reported last week, Resi Evil 5 stars our old friend Chris Redfield and is being produced by Jun Takeuchi of Street Fighter 2 and Onimusha fame. So far the game's only been confirmed for PS3 and Xbox 360 and there's no word on a release date, but we'll keep you posted.

UPDATE 27/07: Since publishing this story, Capcom has asked that we remove the trailer as it was not meant to be filmed in the first place. A proper version rather than a wobbly filmed one is expected in the coming weeks. We like Capcom, so we've agreed to get rid of the current trailer and wait for the proper one instead.
