'Big' Epic news next week
Possibly not Gears' date.
Gears of War developer Epic Games is planning to make a big announcement next week, according to a post made by Mark Rein on the game's official forum.
That's all we know for now, although the suggestion that it's Gears of War's specific release date seems to have been pooh-poohed a bit by Rein himself.
When someone said, "it's gotta happen sometime right?", Rein responded: "Sounds like maybe the announcement that is going to be made isn't what you think it is."
So, stay tuned. Along with Gears of War, Epic's also working on Unreal Tournament 2007.

GoW is in fact a Sony exclusive and epic fooled everybody.
Has UT2007 been announced officially for the 360?
UT'99 was brilliant and one of the best shooters ever made. All sequels go from bad to worse, why would anyone be interested in this?

According to EG's own "release dates" section, UT2007 is scheduled for a 2007 launch on the 360.
If you think it's crap, tell EG, not me please.

David Zucker is the person who calls ALL of the shots at Midway, and he has said that this game IS BEING RELEASED for the Xbox 360. Regardless of what you hear on other websites in regards to rumors, this CLEARLY proves that Unreal Tournament 2007 is being PUBLISHED by Midway for the Xbox 360.
