Xbox 360 titles shown in Japan

The full list from the Xbox Summit, with Winning Eleven confirmed.

Following its Xbox Summit event in Japan late last week, Microsoft has released a full list of games shown at the event. "Shown" is probably too strong a word, as we can't imagine all of them were there and beaming wide-eyed for the assembled hacks, but even so there are plenty of interesting names in terms of publishers and series now on their way to Xbox 360 to pick through.

For example, the list confirms that Winning Eleven will be making its way to Xbox 360, which up to now had been an assumption at best, while our silly little eyes were stopped in their wandering tracks on the way down the list by the name "Zookeeper". Not too exciting, admittedly, but we might as well be honest.

Check out the full list below, including previously announced biggies Resident Evil 5 and Ridge Racer 6, and here's what Microsoft's Peter Moore had to say about it all:

"Japan is one of the most important video game markets in the world and is a key pillar of our global strategy for Xbox 360. Our deep commitment to the Japanese market is evident in the exciting and unprecedented alliances we've forged with Japan's most talented and beloved game developers," he said, referring not only to those on the list but presumably also to specific announcements of partnerships with the likes of Tetsuya Mizuguchi. "Their new Xbox 360 titles will show the Japanese community and beyond that we are committed to defining the next generation of interactive entertainment."
