Gnarly!

Is that still a word?
Hope it is better than last years Xbox version masquerading as a 360 game for £50

Great demo... shows a promising return back to the format of the earlier games, seemingly focusing purely on skateboarding, unlike the Underground and American Wasteland games.

The Demo is fantastic. I can't wait for the full release. The create-a-trick is sublime.

it is indeed a fantastic demo, I will definitely be buying this on launch. as promised its completely been rebuilt from the ground up, and it shows, the gfx are excellent, the models look superb and the controls feel right, I even enjoyed the "nail the trick" feature which I thought I as going to dislike, but it fits in well with old school tony hawks. and the city map looks absolutely huge.

Loving it to bits.

Oh and since when's the demo on a timer? Played it for about an hour solid last night.

It's the first must-have Tony since number 3. It really is brilliant.

pjmaybe you're lucky then :/ As my demo knocks itself off and back to the dashboard after every 20 mins.

well, it shouldn't be too difficult to make it look as good on the 359, but not as good as the 360. Great, great game judging from the demo.

I didn't like it. The fella kept jumping off his skateboard. What's that all about?

These extreme sports games seem to have disappeared up their own arses a bit. I'll just stick to the original on PSOne.

Wow! A videogame hasn't felt this good in years. And I thought it would be impossible to get excited about a Tony Hawks game ever again.

Yes, the graphics are up there in the next-gen circles, yes it feels a lot better, but the Nail The Trick mode is just something genuinely new. Wowza!

This is such a good game... reloaded the demo 3 times last night after finally working out the knack to the Nail a Trick thing. I thought that would be a gimic but it really works well.

plus, i'm surprised i'm finding the 360 pad as easy to use as the PSX one.

Will defo buy the full game of this on launch day. When the camera zooms out at the end of the demo, it looks amazingly big!
