Black & White 2 expands

Perhaps greatly vengeful and furiously angry about Black & White 2's sales and crap reviews, EA's announced that the expansion pack will be much darker and more sinister than the game it complements.

Due out in April, B&W2: Battle of The Gods returns players to Eden where the downtrodden Aztecs have clambered from under-boot and sacrificed enough humans to raise their own deity, which players will now have to overwhelm with good deeds or supreme evil.

BftG will also introduce a new creature, two new lands, four new miracles, enhanced enemy AI, two new enemy armies and their new creature. That's not all either with six new challenges and some other unspecified content for fans to dig up and enjoy.

    Never bothered to play the second one, after all the "fun" I had pulling up trees and transporting wood and food from location to location in the first one

    They should have not had creatures, and made it more like populous.

    I hated the creatures too. The only thing I wanted to do was build lots of shiny walls and put archers on them shooting at people. How can I do that when a big stupid cow keeps running up and eating parts of my Hadrian-beating masterpiece? Flawed. Deeply, deeply flawed.

    I've downloaded and played the demo and it was better than I expected. If you hated the first one you will hate this one though. It's pretty similar to the original except the controls are not as good. Graphics are great though all in all.
