TrackMania Nations ESWC shots

Specifically for eSports Cup.

Not content with doing a free expansion for TrackMania Sunrise, and, er, presumably not content with doing a reworked version of the original TrackMania either, French developer Nadeo is doing YET MORE COOL FREE STUFF.

This time they're creating a new TrackMania game specifically for use in the Electronic Sports World Cup (ESWC). It's called TrackMania Nations ESWC, and will be released online at the end of this month according to the event's organisers.

The ESWC website also claims that $40,000 will be made available in prizes for those competing in TM Nations - while others take part in Counter-Strike 1.6, Quake 4, WarCraft III, Gran Turismo 4 and Pro Evolution Soccer 5 tournaments.

By the looks of the screenshots we've found on forums and the like, Nations will feature new blocks and some Formula 1 style cars - and we'll be bringing you some more info on it in the near future.
