Revolution: new pic

Now with flap up.

A new picture of the Nintendo Revolution has been released, showing a flap that can be raised to reveal a collection of controller ports and memory card slots. You can see it here.

It's already been confirmed that the console will be backwards compatible with GameCube games - not to mention the fact you'll be able to download all the game's in Nintendo's back catalogue from Duck Hunt to Mario Party 347.

But this new pic confirms that the Revolution will support not only GC memory cards, but controllers too, if you prefer your joypads with wires. So that's nice.
