Warcraft 3 patched

More Orc for your buck.

Blizzard has released a patch for Warcraft III and its expansion The Frozen Throne, making an enormous amount of changes that would take us all day and a couple of pages to delve into - if you're really, really interested in every detail of the patch, then you can have a look at the list of changes on Blizzard's site here.

The most significant feature of the patch is the inclusion of the concluding Acts II and III of the bonus single-player Orc campaign included with The Frozen Throne. Elsewhere the patch makes a number of map and balance changes for both the original Warcraft III and The Frozen Throne, and a huge number of features, improvements and fixes for the world editor.

Players can pick up the patch by connecting the game to Battle.net, or if you'd prefer to download it then you can grab the appropriate patch for your territory over at 3D Gamers.
