HOMMV beta to kick off soon
On Thursday, to be precise.
Calling all Heroes of Might and Magic fans - the open beta for the fifth instalment in the series is about to kick off.
That's according to a post on the Ubisoft forums by Frag Doll Jinx, who writes: "The open beta for Heroes V will start on January 19th! Keep your eye out for further details on how to get involved and get your hands on the game months before release."
Heroes of Might and Magic 5 will feature 3D graphics and a much darker fantasy universe to explore, complete with six unique factions and more than 40 creatures and spells. You can look forward to five online modes, too, and lots of multiplayer fun for all the family.
HOMMV is out on March 31st, and it's coming along nicely judging by what we got to see of the game recently. Expect a full preview to appear on Eurogamer next week. As if by magic, sort of thing.

At least this time they don't seem to have used the exact same game but with different monsters this time... 4 was a complete waste of fucking money.
