NHL 07 PC demo News

PC News by Tom Bramwell

16 November, 2006

Electronic Arts has released a playable PC demo for NHL 07, which came out a couple of months back on about 58 different formats.

The demo's absolutely huge, but only in terms of file-size (even the 3D Gamers archive, which ditches the DirectX install files, is closing in on 2GB).

Download it and you'll be able to play through a five-minute period as any of three teams, with full commentary going on to make things a bit more interesting.

And if you're not after the PC version, don't worry - there's been an Xbox 360 demo on Marketplace for a while now, along with a demo of its main competitor, 2K Games' NHL 2K7.

NHL 07 is also out on PS2, PSP and Xbox.

I think that day is not far when demos will be entire games, just awaiting an unlock code.
