Buy a Mario Kart arcade machine
A bargain at just Ģ10,000.
If you're seeking that elusive Christmas present for the Mario Kart fan who has everything, here's the answer - you can now buy your very own MK arcade machine via discountarcade.com.
Priced at $17,497 - that's just under Ģ10,000 in the old money - the machines are designed for two players and stand at 76 inches tall. All your favourite Mario Kart characters are present and correct, along with the likes of Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man and Blinky, since the machines were developed with the help of Namco.
There are six worlds featuring 24 circuits, plus "hilarious challenge stages" for those who do well in Grand Prix Mode. The game also has a "NamCam2" feature, which means you can put your own face in the game. And if you're feeling extra flush, why not buy two and hook them up for some four player action?
Santa better be checking that list twice, is all we can say.

You'd be better off buying a standard JAMMA cabinet with a Naomi or Neo Geo arcade board with several cartridges over one of these things. (or just buy a Dreamcast)
