Dead or Alive 4 slips?
Fortunately not too far.
Dead or Alive 4 has almost certainly slipped until December in the USA, while some European retailers have now moved the game into 2006. Amazon is quoting January 13th.
Last week US retailers EB Games removed DOA4 from one of its Xbox 360 launch bundles, replacing it with Activision's Call of Duty 2 - various retailers had already pegged it back to December 1st.
Tecmo has so far declined to comment on reports stemming from the retail manoeuvres, and Microsoft UK didn't respond to requests for comment last week.
It shouldn't slip much further away from the US launch, however - if the Japanese plan is anything to go by. Over there, the game's still aimed at the December 10th launch date, and Microsoft's been promoting it pretty heavily in anticipation.
We'll let you know if we hear any official confirmation.

Yeah and like CoD2, it's better on the PC
I'm no PS fanboi, I was really looking forward to 360... I'm sure it will get better but nothing jumped out and shouted "NEXT GEN!" to me...

They had it on the pod at Multiplays iseries event this weekend. It was the very first showing of the multiplayer.
It looked pretty enough, but as with all titles ive seen so far, it just looked like more of the same

as the man above says, it was on the demo pods, first showing to UK audiences and I played it. And Ghost Recon has been on PC, this is more of the same... And CoD2 is no-way better on 360 than it is on PC!
All xBox 360 titles looked rushed and rough, except DoA4 which looked and played fantastic which makes no sense if it has slipped. I was *especially* disappointed with PGR3.

"GR has been pushed back so I doubt you can play it on any pod just now"
Shouldn't you do a little reasearch before accusing people of lying? Just a thought. It might make you appear a little more mature...

How's that? I thought the PC and 360 version were different? And EVERY PIC AND VIDEO I've seen, shows that the 360 version is better.

Next gen is a marketing boy's buzz word, sad that so many ppl buy into it. Is the pc yelling next gen in your ear whenever a new 3dcard or cpu is released?

i was a big supporter of pc gaming but these days i'd rather play games on my console sat on the sofa infront of big ass tv instead of shelling out for the latest graphics card thats pissed all over by the next one in 6 months time.
