Atelier Iris Europe-bound

Koei uses marketing bravery +5.

It's turning into a good day for European versions of big Japanese games, as Koei has just stepped up to publish strategy RPG, Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana, in Europe.

Coming early 2006 on PlayStation 2, Atelier Iris was published in the US last month by Nippon Ichi, the company behind the mostly great assortment of Disgaea, Makai Kingdom, Phantom Brave, and La Pucelle.

Expect turn-based battles, anime style visuals and a return to 16-bit game ethics that's getting us misty-eyed already.
