New Midway PSP titles
Mortal Kombat, NBA, Treasures.
Midway is working on PSP versions of three classic titles from its back catalogue, according to website 1UP.
Mortal Kombat: Deception is due out this winter, and will offer online play, Konquest and Puzzle Kombat modes, along with all the usual features we're accustomed to.
Then there's NBA Ballers, which lets you battle it out in the popular one-on-one mode and take on opponents wirelessly. The lifestyle gameplay from the original version is included too, and the game is due out next year.
And finally, Midway Arcade Treasures, comprising five single-player games and a further 16 that offer wireless multiplayer for up to four opponents at a time.
The complete line-up is as follows: Spy Hunter, Sinistar, Defender, Paperboy, 720, Klax, Joust, Marble Madness, Toobin', Rampage, Gauntlet, Rampart, Wizard of Wor, Xybots, Championship Sprint, Arch Rivals, Cyberball 2072, Xenophobe, and Mortal Kombats I, II and III. MAT PSP is slated for a winter release.
All three PSP games will be on show at E3 along with the rest of Midway's forthcoming titles, which include Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks, Gauntlet: Seven Sorrows, The Suffering: Ties that Bind and Unreal Tournament 2007.

" Aside from Lumines is there any original games coming to the PSP?"
Yeah, but that is kind of irrelevant when the 'unoriginal' games like WipEout & Ridgeracer kick so much arse

Arthur Maclean's Mercury looks great too.
If PSP hogs the JRPG limelight, then I'm buying one.
Mortal Kombat is also very tempting.
