Gothic 3 demo News

PC News by Tom Bramwell

10 November, 2006

Here's a nice treat for the weekend: a demo of Gothic 3.

Weighing in at 1106MB, the PC RPG demo features the early bits of the game (obviously) including the towns of Ardea and Cape Dun, and the Rebel outpost Reddock, with all available quests, weapons, spells and NPCs, according to the description.

Oh, and there's no time limit in place, which is handy.

For more on the game, which is out now on PC, be sure to check in with our review.

Cool no timelimit is a very good thing. Will try, too many demos in one day though. :(

Played for 5 minutes and already a bug. Nice graphics though, if you have an Alienware or something LOL.

I might be interested, but eh - I have NWN2 already, that gives enough freedom. And it's heavy on the system, too.

Come on, the demo wasn't THAT bad... it certainly improves after the initial battle. A little bit anyway. And ehm, it's got some nice music.
