Out in the US very soon.

Namco Bandai says that Q Entertainment has finished messing about with Gunpey's PSP and DS development and shipped it off to be stuffed into UMDs and game cards.

With that being the case, US gamers will be able to buy it from 14th November, and European terrorists will be able to import it around then too.

Or you could wait for the European release, which is apparently on the cards although we've not heard anything for a while.

Gunpey, in case you've forgotten, is a puzzle game where you organise tiles on a grid so that (yes I am just copying the explanation out of that other article I did - I thought I had it down quite nicely then) the lines drawn on them link up horizontally across the playing area, at which point they disappear.

I like the look of PSP Gunpey a lot. Hopefully some of the indie stores in my area will be able to get past Sony's import-crackdown so I can get a copy, otherwise I'll have no other option but to get the less stylish (but probably more intuitive to play) DS version.

Or, y'know.... wait for a UK release like normal folk

The only terror going on will be the PSP loading times!

Don't troll. It will load pretty fast, expecting it to be comparable to Lumines.

played (borrowed) powerstone last night on teh PSP.....serious loading issues there. my psp is starting to do my nut in so the DS version Gunpey it will..open, turn on play..i am pissed off with sony anyway.

It really depends on the game. Not all games load as long as WWF vs RAW.

This is one chronically over-rated game. The DS version, at least, is one of the most boring and wildly over-easy puzzlers ever made.
