Crime Life video
Street violence on film.
The streets can be tough. ("We can? Brilliant!" - The streets.) So says Konami, anyway, having unveiled its gangbanging Hothouse Creations effort, Crime Life: Gang Wars, earlier this year. ("What about hamlets?" - A hamlet.)
And now we have video proof, in the form of a 26MB introductory video available today from Eurofiles. Click up in this bitch, y'all. ("Watch out! It's a cul-de-sac with a knuckleduster!")
It should introduce you to the game's violent style and combat across a mixture of cinematics and in-game footage. Aand you can find out plenty more about the game -a hip-hop-flavoured streetsy kill-'em-up - by reading our pre-E3 preview up in here.

"Yo yo yo my man, you is bichin and down wid da homies" just doesn't appeal to me.
Do people really "aspire" to ghetto culture these days? I just don't get it...so called street culture is simply another marketing tool.
It's about as cool as your dad dancing at your aunt's wedding but if you want to get all def jam about it (whatever the fuck a def jam is), then good luck to you.
Just don't forget your burberry baseball cap when you jump in your souped up Nova to go down to Dixons (and meet your mate Kev, their SENIOR sales assistant)and buy the game. Innit.
btw, this was not addressed to you Petay, I'm sure you are not a chav and can appreciate the musical genius of the big gay BG

Hip-Hop & gangsta rap is just another marketing brand now. Jeez, when I see a load of kids still wearing baggy jeans, big-up trainers & cheap chains, it just reminds me of all those crustry old rockers with their drainpipes & Hi-Tek's..
Time for a change is long overdue, but there's a whole industry depending upon propping up this dated 90's gangsta image.. And that means selling it to the new yout'.

Admittedly many people think GTA:SA is a good game in spite of the ghetto-cool.
My gripe is about games like Midnight Club:YoYoYoHomie edition and the like. They seem like perfectly good games but as soon as I hear some out of work actor reeling off lines obviously written by some middle class marketing/PR pleb, I turn off.
