I notice they've followed the Fable 2 approach of "Everyone slated the last meagre DLC for being a rip off at 800 points, so lets make this one 560 points".

Wonder if that means trophy update for PS3?

I liked the last pack.. better than the gta dlc if you ask me (unpopular opinion i know)

Unless you're criminally insane there is no way anyone could think the first DLC pack for SR2 was even slightly on a par with TLaD.

Hopefully they'll add trophy support, but with it having been so long already i'd guess it's unlikely.

Maybe they will work on fixing the main game once they are done with DLC? Loved playing but the bugs and glitches got too much for me in the end. Spent too much time trying to unlock stuff which didn't actually work properly once done.

Having 100%'d the main game, I don't really want more and certainly don't want to pay a load for it.

I bought Saints Row 2 cos a mate had been nagging me to get it to play co-op with him, was £15 so I picked it up. He'd bought the DLC, which meant I couldn't play co-op with him AT ALL, even the completely non-DLC bits. So just to forewarn you, if you play SR2 co-op everyone must have matching DLC to be able to play anything at all.

Hope theres trophies. The last DLC I thought there would be trophies so I brought it. I was disappointed.

This better be an improvement over the last attempt at DLC, that was piss poor.
You see all there is to see within 20 mins of downloading it, no joke.

That said a lower price point could be a number of things...

1.) "We're really sorry for that horrible previous Add-on here, have this one at a lesser price, it has alot more content too!"

2.) "Heh heh, well we're sorry, sorta, here, have it at a reduced price, although it's about the same in length so..."

3.) "...crap err, well here's the next DLC, don't hate but uhh, yeah basically we didn't spend as much working on this as the previous. Lawl 10 mins max? Reduced price though =)"

Absolutely love this game, Volition have the 'what makes games fun formula' nailed down, they just need to fix the following:

Why can't people with the DLC play co-op with those who don't have it? Just disable it or some shit for the player who has it.

For Saints Row 3 - sort the graphics out (cars disappearing, etc.).

Give us a robust 'cover' system (backing up against walls - peeking around corners, etc.

Get some of that geomod 2.0 tech from red factions:g in the next game - but don't make it a focus of the game to destroy stuff. Just have it there as a feature you only see when you use the really big weapons.

Nail those too and you got a pre order for SR3.

If they fixed the car physics and nothing else I'd be happy. Well, that and when you call a taxi and you see it spawn and immediately do a u-turn and drive off because it couldn't find a direct path to you.
