The first game was brilliant. The story revolved around mystical sands that seem to weave together Time itself, and gameplay reflected that with the ability to manipulate time. Somehow, we went from that to fighting generic skeletons and towering demons while using elemental sorcery.

Ubisoft should have stuck to the reboot and worked on a sequel with none of the flaws the first one had. Instead, they cowardly run off to an established, successful franchise. Feh.

    ChthonicEcho: seconded

I hate the Warrior Within prince and while the Sands of Time gameplay was fresh when it came out, it can't carry four games without getting old. All Ubisoft did the last years was expanding the Sands gameplay instead of bettering it. It feels rigid now.

Looks bit cold compared to the bloomy loveliness of Sands of Time. Oh well, early days.

Can we have a screenshot of teh screen that kicks you out of the game for your internet connection having a hiccup please? We will probably see more of this screen than any of the game ones, so it would be useful to know what it looks like.

Drop the stupid DRM already ...

Looks really dated, what on Earth did they do? The last one looked lovely.
