Hmm, the early shots (with the girl) look much cooler than this. It's all gone a bit UE3.

Some shots look excellent, some look a bit pants. Guess it's the uncanny valley effect.

Also, what's Ken Livingstone doing in it?

I don't think so. Apart from the very first pre-rendered/tech demo thing we saw (the girl crying with the gun) this looks of exactly the same and consistancy as all the other screens we've seen so far. I think it looks great. i bet it looks awesome moving.

Definitely looks worse than the early footage that was shown. Which thinking about it, wasn't actually all that impressive anyway considering it was a cut scene rather than interactive gameplay.

I too think this is starting to look pretty disappointing. Hopefully the gameplay holds something original.

Ha haaaa! All of a sudden - the visuals look extremely normal.

So these are the actual RSX visuals, running in the available memory, then.

edit: I've just checked out the video - and it all looks very 'Dragon's Lair'.

eh, what's everyone bitching about? Not that this ''game'' has evoked any interest in me so far, but the visuals look pretty much on par with crysis to me (not saying it's the same thing, of course not, it's a ps3;) Bbut char models/textures, yeah sure). You do have eyes, right?

I think the UE3-style, vaseline-smeared look is because both character models in the new shots are wet. I haven't seen it in motion yet but I reckon in terms of the models it's pretty awesome.

Anyone know if there's a game in there yet?
