New Gears maps go live News
Xbox 360 News by Tom Bramwell
As promised, the Gears of War "Hidden Fronts" multiplayer map pack has pitched up on Xbox Live Marketplace.
Be prepared to put your feet up while they race down your pipe though, as there's 230.32MB of data to gather, compared to just under 100 in the first multiplayer pack.
The bundle, which consists of four new battlegrounds, will cost you 800 Microsoft points (GBP 6.80 / EUR 9.30) if you buy it between now and 3rd September, after which it will be free to download.
You can see what the four maps look like in our Hidden Fronts screenshot gallery.
For the record though, Bullet Marsh is described as a Kryll-infested swamp, Garden's built around a pesticidal greenhouse that kills you if you don't vent the air first, Process is about fighting over an Imulsion processing plant, and Subway is a former commuter hub currently home to Locust nasties.

Oh, and do be sure to let us know what you make of the maps.
