Patch is already out fella.
Proximity + squad leader chat is available now (and thats as 'sorted' as its getting I think)

I really like this game, I will have to pull it out and play some more multiplayer.
Still can't get enough of chasing people around with aerial drones... |

Liquid is the patch out on 360? Can't Belive I missed it if so, I've been waiting for some kind of announcement or something!
