Makes sense. Many would see 50Cent on the cover and immediately buy it for fun, see that it's complete crap, and therefore avoid the superior sequel.

So true and so sad... The succes of a gamefranchise is a curious thing. To think Okami and Ico put together has sold less than a 50 cent -game is.. well.. I don't know. Imagine living in a world where people bought computer games becuase the games themselves were absolutely fantastisc and mesmerizing. Now that would be something. |

Just like the critically-mauled Driver 3 spent weeks at the top of the charts and sold loads, then the (by all accounts) much improved sequel passed completely under the radar. |
