    Looking horrible. At least Mask of the Betrayer had some gameplay variations. Poor ones, but at least they tried. Now their gimmick is giant snakes. Obsidian is losing it. It looks like raping D&D wasn't enough. Now they want to rape the franchise (or what's left of it).

    I am not quite sure how you see from these screenshots that it won't have "gamplay variations", as you put it. Agreed that it looks a tad bland, but then that's the NWN2 engine for you.

    By the way, the NWN2 engine is capable of gorgeous environments. In Mask of the Betrayer, for example, the path leading to the Red Wizard school. One of the Persistent Worlds, Sundren, has very well done environments, too.
