Game Informer magazine made it clear that the Xbox 360 version is superior at both 720p resolution and 1080p resolution.
The Xbox 360 version has more polygon detail and a smoother framerate with sharper images, because the Xbox 360 has more CPU power, more RAM, and a better Graphics Processing Unit that allows the Xbox 360 to display over 500,000,000 polygons per second compared to only 275,000,000 for the Playstation 3. This is the reason why the Playstation 3 usually has framerate problems with all of its games.
For example, in Call of Duty 3, the Xbox 360 version runs at a perfectly smooth 60 frames per second, while the Playstation 3 version tries to run at 60 frames per second, but fails, which leaves a choppy framerate. It is also terrible the way that Playstation 3 games like Call of Duty 3 and MANY others don't allow you to talk online to the people you are playing online with. The Xbox 360 versions of the games DO allow you to talk online while you are playing those third-party games.
Third-party companies don't support Online Voice Chat with the Playstation 3 because Sony doesn't include a headset like Microsoft includes a headset with the Xbox 360.
No doubt about it, the Xbox 360 version of NBA Street Homecourt is better, no matter the resolution.
