Mizuguchi 'seriously considering' doing Rez sequel
Busy man.
Rez creator Tetsuya Mizuguchi says he's "seriously considering" doing another one.
Speaking during an interview with us lot, up on the site today, Mizuguchi said, "I'm watching what's happening in the future, planning how to combine the music, the visualisation, the futuristic - a Rez kind of experience. I don't mean I'm making a Rez sequel, but I'm thinking about the future, and what kind of games I can make in terms of high-def sounds and visuals."
When asked if he'd be interested in doing another Rez, he added: "I'm currently seriously considering it. It's always there." We checked he meant it, just to be sure.
For more from Mizuguchi, including lots of thoughts of Lumines - Mobile, 360 et al - and his reaction to the Nintendo Wii, and his musical tastes, check out the full interview on the site today.

PLEASE I WANT IT SOOOO BAD.
And not on Wii ffs - that kit is only powerful enough to do a poor rehash.

yes for just a port - for moving the game one I think he'll want more power than the Wii. Just imagine what he could do with the power of the 360 or PS3

Eek! No thanks. I play games at whatever angle I collapsed into my sofa at.
(There's a time and a place for motion input in games. I'm beginning to think it's when other people are playing them.)
