MotoGP 09/10 demo tomorrow

Valentino's day.

Capcom has announced that it will release a demo for bike racer MotoGP 09/10 on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network on Thursday 4th March. That's tomorrow!

The demo will include previews of three game modes - Championsip, Time Trial and Arcade. Arcade "awards time extensions for executing skilful manoeuvres", it says here.

The game proper is out on 19th March for Xbox 360 and PS3, with 2010 season content available as a free download shortly after launch.

Check out our MotoGP 09/10 hands on impressions, and watch out for a review closer to release to find out if Capcom's motorsport game lives up to its optimistic title.

Yay, looking forward to trying this.

    Hope it's Mugello.

Why does it have 09 in the title? That would put me off buying it if anything... maybe i've been around the FIFA series too long....

It'll probably be a 08/10, 'cause surely it can't be better than Halo...

Not exactly looking forward to this game after the last weak effort but I'll still try it all the same in the hope that it is a massive, massive improvement and on a par with the better Climax Brighton efforts.

The game will offer the chance to race using riders, circuits and official teams from the 2009 MotoGP season, with two free future downloadable updates at the start of the 2010 season.

The first download will involve the MotoGP class, with all riders, bikes and colours of the teams, including the new circuits on the 2010 MotoGP calendar – Silverstone and Balatonring. The second download will have machines, riders and team colours of the Moto2 and 125cc categories.

Both 09 and 2010 seasons, career mode with team management... Let's hope physics and gameplay are good, with big differences between categories...
