More stuff pops up on European PSN
Quake Wars demo, Ape Quest, etc.
The European PlayStation Store has been updated with some more things.
Up for grabs are demos for Quake Wars - probably worth testing if you really fancied it but were put off by our middling score - and Monster Madness: Grave Danger, which was recently delayed and has a lot of ground to make up on the Xbox 360 original.
Or you can grab yourself a trio of Guitar Hero III tracks for GBP 3.99. This time the songs come from Isle of Wight performers Kasabian, Kaiser Chiefs, and Sex Pistols.
If none of that tickles your pickle, there's PSP game Ape Quest to pick up. This is the RPG spin-off in the Ape Escape series and was originally offered as a free starter pack with Gold, Red, and Blue chapters to be paid for as you expanded.
They are all bundled together here for GBP 6.99, although the starter pack is still available for free if you want to try it out. Or you can watch a trailer.
Also on the PSP Store for PC is the interactive comic book The Cryptics for GBP 1.49.
All the rest looks like a PixelJunk Monsters wallpaper and theme, or a couple of Korn interviews about the song they wrote for Haze. Oh Haze.

I played the xbox demo last night, very brown and uninspiring, and the multiplayer was laggy as hell. Single player seemed okay, but nothing to write home about.

Got it off the US store some months ago. Now THAT was 30 something hours of quality gaming.
Oh, and it looks amazing in 1080p.
Edit: new thoughts.

Sounds good. How do you pay for stuff off the US PSN with a British card?

I tried to dload SOTN it off the US PSN but couldn't pay for it, so I'll carry on waiting...

Dunno, I don't have a British card. But using my Polish card I told them my billing address was in Beverly Hills and they didn't disagree.
Trying to use the same card in the Spanish (where I used to live until recently) PSN store results in failure, though.
I guess the US store isn't very picky about the accuracy of the billing address of the card holder, unlike the European stores. A difference in laws, perhaps?

The PS1 game, right?
I've got in on my PS3 and the bloody thing doesn't seem to upscale at all :/

They weren't, it was on the store by mistake I would imagine, because it was on there, but has since been removed.

You use 90210 for US zip codes? If so - I thought I might be alone in doing that.
I'd otherwise be putting in random numbers anyway
