More SOCOM Fireteam for PSP
Sony pushing multiplayer envelope.
Sony has announced a third SOCOM: Fireteam Bravo game for PSP, which will be released sometime this winter.
This new instalment further pushes Wi-Fi, local and Ad-Hoc multiplayer on the handheld, allowing teams of friends to pick and choose missions to tackle together. Competitive online battles, voice support, medals and leaderboards are also in.
Like other SOCOM games, Fireteam Bravo 3 is being made under the well-drilled eyes of real US army people. This campaign follows the Navy SEALs as they track and interrogate former KGB man Alexander Gozorov, who knows something about some weapons of mass destruction. The Russians and WMDs: familiar baddies we can all relate to.
Specifics are MIA for now, but pictures and videos shouldn't be too far off.
